Six weeks.
Measured start
to finish.

One-to-one performance coaching for people succeeding on paper and running closer to the edge than they'd admit. We baseline where you are, build a plan around what matters to you, and track the change.

You've got the career, the income, the responsibilities. On paper it's working.

But the spark's gone flat. You're tired but wired at 11pm. Your patience is thinner than it was. You're performing, and it's costing more to perform than it used to.

Most people in this position do one of two things. They push harder, which shortens the runway. Or they're told to do less, which they've no intention of doing.

The scoreboard says you're fine

— THE PROBLEM

There's a third option. Increase what you can carry.

— THE IDEA

Widen the window

You have a window of tolerance. Inside it you think clearly, respond rather than react, and recover overnight.

Push past the top of it repeatedly and you get the familiar list: short fuse, poor sleep, brain fog, no patience. Stay past it long enough and that's burnout, which takes one to three years to recover from properly. I know because I've done it.

The work isn't about reducing what life asks of you. It's about raising your ceiling so the same load costs you less.

HOW IT WORKS

The six-week reset

Week 1 · Baseline

Measure everything

BOLT score taken. If you wear a Whoop, Oura or any smartwatch, we pull in your sleep, HRV and stress data and analyse it properly. Then we run our life audit, a full look across every part of your life: what's working, what isn't, honestly.

Week 2 · Direction

Values against reality

We identify your core values and hold them against what the life audit found. Where they don't match is usually where the tiredness is coming from. From that intersection we build a game plan.

Weeks 3–6 · Practice & proof

Train and re-measure

Breathwork techniques and meditation woven through, matched to your situation and the times of day you need them. We re-measure as we go. Your BOLT score, your sleep, your HRV. You see the movement rather than being told about it.

Built for athletes, too

BOLT training isn't a corporate wellness invention. It's the same breath-hold assessment used inside elite sport — Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers have built it into their performance system, and Olympic athletes, professional runners, footballers and endurance athletes use it as a deliberate part of conditioning, not an afterthought.

The part that surprises people: many elite athletes start with a BOLT score of around 9 to 10 seconds — well under the 40-second mark associated with strong aerobic efficiency. Being fit doesn't automatically mean breathing efficiently, and breathing efficiency is trainable at any level, from a first-time client to a professional athlete.

Novak Djokovic has spoken publicly about conscious breathing as central to his game — using slow, deliberate breath control mid-match to regulate his nervous system under pressure, and crediting breathing practice, including training in the Wim Hof method, as part of what keeps him composed at the top of world tennis.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You're performing well and privately running hot

You're performing well and privately running hot

You already wear a tracker and look at the numbers without knowing what to change

You want evidence, not encouragement

You want to be better at home, not only at work

You're a runner or athlete training everything except your breathing

IT'S PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF

— You're looking for a quick fix in a single session

— You want someone to tell you to slow down and do less

— You'd rather not look at your own data
