— CORPORATE · MELBOURNE ON SITE · ONLINE WORLDWIDE
Corporate breathwork your people will actually use
Practical stress-capacity training, delivered on site across Melbourne or online to distributed teams anywhere. Techniques that take two minutes, measured with a number that moves.
Burnout isn't caused by stress. It's caused by sustained operation beyond capacity, without recovery.
The cost sits in the places you already track. Sick leave. People present but not producing. Resignations from your strongest performers. And a replacement cost that dwarfs anything prevention would have cost you.
Your people are running past their limit
— THE PROBLEM
Recovery from genuine burnout takes one to three years. You're not managing a bad week. You're managing a multi-year absence risk in someone you can't easily replace.
Since 1 December 2025, Victorian employers have carried a positive duty to proactively identify, assess, control and review psychosocial hazards under the OHS psychological health regulations.
WorkSafe Victoria's Psychological Health Compliance Code sets out what's expected, including consulting employees and health and safety representatives, and documenting your decisions and reviews.
Awareness sessions alone don't discharge that. Giving people trained, practical capacity to manage load is a control you can point to.
The psychosocial duty is now live
— THE OBLIGATION
Note. This is general information about the regulations, not legal advice. Check your specific obligations with your WHS adviser.
COMPLIANCE CODE · ED.1 SEPT 2025
What the duty requires
— Identify psychosocial hazards in work design, systems and management
— Assess and control risk so far as is reasonably practicable
— Consult employees and health and safety representatives
— Document decisions, actions and reviews
— Review controls on an ongoing cycle
Most workplace wellbeing initiatives fail on the same thing: nobody has time.
An hour of mindfulness at lunch gets a good turnout once, then attendance drops. The people who most need it are the ones who can least spare the hour.
Five minutes a day is a program people finish.
Two minutes.
Not forty-five.

Techniques your people can use mid-meeting without anyone noticing, which I teach directly
EVIDENCE
CELL REPORTS MEDICINE · 2023
A 2023 Stanford study followed 108 adults doing five minutes of daily structured breathing for a month. It outperformed mindfulness meditation on mood improvement and reduction in physiological arousal.
— THE MEASUREMENT
A number that moves
Most workplace wellbeing reporting stops at a satisfaction survey.
We measure the team's BOLT score, a simple breath-hold test reflecting breathing efficiency and CO₂ tolerance. Taken at the start, trained deliberately, and re-measured. It responds to practice, so you can see whether the program is landing.
One coaching client moved from 16 seconds to 36 in four weeks. Individual results vary, but the point stands: this is trainable and you can watch it change.
That gives you something to put in front of a board that isn't a feelings survey.
Illustrative reporting format. DEV NOTE: replace with real aggregate once a corporate program has run
— WHAT YOU GET
I lead every session myself, whether that's a workshop on site or a live online format. Ongoing support is available if your team wants it.
The program
— Stress and capacity education, in plain language
— Techniques matched to specific moments of the working day
— Discreet techniques usable in live meetings
— BOLT baseline and re-measurement
— Practices your people keep using after I've gone
— WHY AMIT
I ran my own recruitment business for thirteen years and sold it. I know what a P&L looks like, what it costs to lose a senior person, and what it's like to be the one holding it together.
I also burnt out. That's why this exists, and it's why I won't sell you a feel-good hour that changes nothing.

— FAQ
What HR teams ask
-
I pitch it as physiology, not wellness. No incense, no spiritual language, no one has to share anything. Sceptics tend to come around when their own number moves.
-
For the practical workplace techniques, no. Chairs, normal clothes. Longer sessions can go further if you want them to.
-
It's a control that builds individual capacity, and it produces documentation you can retain. It doesn't replace hazard identification or work-design changes. Best used alongside them.
-
Yes. Online delivery works, and technique-based content suits shift patterns well.
-
Yes. Combined professional indemnity and public and products liability, underwritten by Lloyd's of London: $10 million public liability, $10 million products liability and $1 million professional indemnity. A certificate of currency is available on request for your procurement records.
