— THE PROBLEM
You're coping. That's not
the same as thriving.
You get through the week. You're good at your job, you show up for your family, and from the outside it looks fine.
But you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. You're short with people you love. Your focus goes by mid-afternoon and you're running on the third coffee.
That's not a character flaw. It's a capacity problem, and capacity can be trained.
Illustrative model. Push past the top of the window repeatedly, without recovery, and burnout is what waits on the other side.
— WHAT WE DO
Three ways in
01 / SESSIONS
Breathwork sessions
Conscious connected breathwork, in person across Melbourne or live online from anywhere. A guided practice that changes how your nervous system responds to pressure.
02 / COACHING
The six-week reset
One-to-one performance coaching for people doing well on paper and running closer to the edge than they'd admit. We measure the start, build the plan, track the change.
03 / CORPORATE
Workplace programs
Practical stress-capacity training for teams, delivered on site. Techniques that take two minutes, not forty-five.
— THE DIFFERENCE
We measure it
Most wellbeing work asks you to trust a feeling. This gives you numbers.
Your BOLT score
A simple breath-hold measurement reflecting how efficiently you're breathing and how well you tolerate CO₂. Taken at the start and tracked throughout.
Your own data
Whoop, Oura or any smartwatch. Sleep, HRV and stress, baselined and watched as it moves.
Your life, honestly assessed
A full life audit, looking across every part of your life, and a proper look at your values, so the plan is built around what you actually want.
BOLT figure from one client, four weeks into a six-week program. DEV NOTE: populate remaining metrics once client consent confirmed
— THE ARGUMENT
Two minutes.
Not forty-five.
Meditation asks for thirty to sixty minutes a day. Most people try it, miss a few days, and quietly stop.
Breathwork is different. Two minutes before a difficult meeting. Five before you walk on stage. Some techniques you can use in the room without anyone noticing, and I'll show you how.
Low barrier. That's the whole point.
A 2023 Stanford study in Cell Reports Medicine followed 108 adults doing five minutes of daily practice for a month. Structured breathwork, particularly slow exhale-focused breathing, improved mood and lowered physiological arousal more than mindfulness meditation did.
— ABOUT
I ran my own recruitment business for thirteen years and sold it. By my early forties the scoreboard looked good and the life underneath it didn't. My health had slipped. The work had stopped lighting me up. I kept going because it was what I thought I should be doing.
Then I burnt out. Proper burnout takes years to come back from, not weeks.
What followed was coaching, mentors, and travelling to find practices that worked. I've compressed what took me years into something you can get in six weeks.
I built this because
I needed it
I'm not teaching this from a textbook.
